LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. - Debra O'Bryan is one of those people so full of bliss, she can hardly contain it.
"I want each person to really feel the joy that resides within them," O'Bryan said.
She was teaching yoga classes at a studio in Lee's Summit when she came up with an idea to pursue her craft in the comfort of her own home.
"I thought about it, and prayed about it, and thought, you know what, I have more to give," she said.
With the help of her husband, children and friends, O'Bryan created a studio in her basement and launched the website Joyful Breath Yoga.
"My kids come to classes with me at the studio and do classes at home with me. They get to see me in a different light and I get to be around them in a much more relaxed atmosphere, a very positive atmosphere," O'Bryan said.
O'Bryan's daughter, Lauren, is in the 10th grade. She said her mom's online classes are gaining momentum with her classmates.
"Everyone needs to feel like they are in a group. You can be part of something really positive and this could be your group," Lauren said.
O'Bryan's audience keeps growing.
"I've had hits all over the United States and the world -- Countries I've never even heard of. It's amazing!"
