Brendaliss Gonzalez - Reporter

Brendaliss Gonzalez joined 41 Action News in September, 2013 as a multimedia journalist.

Brendaliss comes to Kansas City from Abilene Texas, where she served as the night side reporter for KTAB News. 

During her time there she reported on several stories that received national recognition, including the first interview with victims of a shooting spree by a North Carolina marine as well as the search and discovery of missing teen Hailey Dunn.

Brendaliss was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she lived for three years before moving to Orlando, Florida. She returned to Puerto Rico after high school and completed a B.A. in Communications and was selected to represent the island in Washington D.C. as an intern for a congresswoman.  She later went on to complete an M.A. in Journalism at the City University of New York Graduate School of Journalism.   

When she's not reporting, Brendaliss enjoys restaurant hopping and traveling for community service. She's currently visited 12 different countries to lend a helping hand, going as far as Asia and Central America.
