KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Barbara Unell founded the "Back in the Swing" organization after surviving her battle with breast cancer, determined to get "back in the swing of life" after her diagnosis and treatment.
Unell has recently wrote a book with Judith Fertig, "The Back in the Swing Cookbook:: Recipes for Eating and Living Well Every Day after Breast Cancer," providing recipes and tips for fellow survivors to create health environments where they live, work and play.
