KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A group called Community Assistance Program is providing free prescription drug discount cards. The cards will give the consumer 15 percent discount on brand-name drugs and a 58 percent discount on generic drugs.
Community Assistance Program's Outreach Coordinator, Steve Blubaugh said the organization is providing the benefit as a way to give-back to people in need in the community.
"The cars are free to anyone who needs this benefit. No income qualifications needed. This is not insurance. No premiums, no dues, no activation - no exclusions," Blubaugh said.
"We have provided these cards to many organizations nationwide for those in need., the uninsured, the under-insured, Medicare and Medicaid," Blubaugh explained.
The cards are accepted at most major pharmacies. To receive your prescription discount card call Steve Blubaugh at 970-367-5392 or visit, Community Assistance Program online here: http://bit.ly/1ePG1dS
