KANSAS CITY, Mo. - There is a day set aside for giving thanks and a day for getting deals, and now there is also a day for giving. Tuesday November 27 is “Giving Tuesday” across the country and in Kansas City.

On Tuesday, people are encouraged to find a way for their families, communities, companies or your organizations to join in acts of giving.

Jeffrey Byrne, with the The Greater Kansas City Community Foundation's Charitable Giving Institute stopped by 41 Action News Weekend Today to talk about “Giving Tuesday”.
