Britney Spears returning to U.S. X Factor in 2013

BRITNEY SPEARS is returning as a judge on America's THE X FACTOR for another season.

The Toxic hitmaker reportedly signed a $15 million deal to become a mentor on the show earlier this year (12) and is midway through her first series.

Spears has now revealed she is planning to resume her place on the panel for the 2013 season, telling reporters at an X Factor finalist party in Los Angeles, "Yes, I definitely will (return)."

The singer used America's presidential election on Tuesday (06Nov12) to help rally support for her contestants on the live X Factor show this week (begs05Nov12), telling her followers on Twitter.com, "So happy to see all of u (you) out voting today. Keep the spirit alive tmrw (tomorrow) for my teens on X Factor... maybe I can get online & vote with u?"
