A representative for JUSTIN BIEBER has moved swiftly to deny reports the singer groped a fan's breasts after a recent concert in Miami, Florida.

The Boyfriend hitmaker found himself embroiled in controversy on Tuesday (29Jan13) after a picture of him apparently grabbing a female fan's chest went viral after she posted the snapshot on her Twitter.com page.

The teen, named Jocelyn, took to her Twitter.com page to defend her idol, writing, "NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs... He kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there."

Now a spokesperson for the pop star has spoken out to make it clear Bieber did not touch Jocelyn inappropriately.

The rep tells EOnline.com, "It's ridiculous. That definitely did not happen."

The picture scandal is the latest in a string of problems for Bieber - he split from girlfriend Selena Gomez at the end of 2012, and earlier this month (Jan13), he was photographed smoking what appeared to be marijuana in a California hotel room.
