KHLOE KARDASHIAN's basketball player husband LAMAR ODOM is to escape prosecution over a street rampage in Los Angeles after agreeing to pay for the photography equipment he broke, according to a U.S. report.
The reality TV star's partner hit headlines last month (Jul13) when he was caught on camera suffering a meltdown during a confrontation with a paparazzo.
He was seen throwing the snapper's equipment on the ground and waving a tripod at another photographer.
The incident sparked a police investigation, but editors at TMZ.com now report the case will not go to court.
Odom has agreed to pay for the broken equipment and the matter will be settled without charge in an upcoming meeting between both parties and a prosecutor, according to the publication.
