LISA KUDROW and MIRA SORVINO have sparked rumors they are reuniting for a sequel to their cult comedy ROMY AND MICHELE'S HIGH SCHOOL REUNION after a new snap of them dressed as their ditzy characters appeared online.
The duo teamed up for the wacky 1997 comedy, which failed to make a huge impact at the box office but has garnered a massive following in subsequent years.
Now gossips have been sent into a spin after a new picture of the two actresses posing as the characters appeared on Twitter.com, alongside a promotional photo from the original film.
An update on the film's fan account on the social networking site fuels the rumors.
It reads: "CONFIRMED. @LisaKudrow @MiraSorvino & others on board for R&M sequel but studio needs more demand! Urge @Disney, tell everyone & RETWEET!"
