Rocking sisters Nancy and ANN WILSON have reunited the original HEART line-up for the band's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction.

Original guitarist Roger Fisher announced the big news on his Facebook page over the weekend (16Feb13).

He wrote, "I haven’t seen anyone announce it yet: THE ORIGINAL HEART LINEUP WILL PLAY AT THE ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONY."

Fisher, who left the band in 1979, co-founded The Army - the band that later became Heart - in 1963.

His announcement contradicts what the Wilson sisters told Rolling Stone in December (12) shortly after learning the band had been selected for induction.

Asked if she had any plans to regroup the original line-up for a performance at the Hall of Fame ceremony in Los Angeles, Ann said, "No," adding, "This is one of those things we’ll need to dust off among ourselves. But we’re both really happy if the initial lineup of guys gets acknowledged."

Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell will induct the band into the Hall of Fame on 18 April (13).
