KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Children’s SPOT at Saint Luke’s Hospital is hoping to raise money this year to purchase iPads to use in therapy.

The Children’s SPOT is a program at the hospital that cares for children with disabilities and developmental delays.

This year they are hosting the 15th annual Once Upon a Time event, a chance to raise money to ensure uninsured and underinsured kids get proper treatment.

The event is Sunday, February 26, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Muehlebach Tower at the Downtown Marriot in Kansas City. (200 West 12th Street)

A spokesperson for the program stopped by the 41 Action News studios to talk about the event, and why they are hoping to raise additional dollars for iPads.
