KANSAS CITY, Mo - Thousands of people walk Kansas City streets without a place to call home.
However, there is a growing need for services for single, homeless women.
The Kansas City Rescue Mission has plans to help by building a women's center.
The organization hopes to raise $100,000 for its "Women Who Can For Women Who Can't" campaign.
The event is free but donations are accepted.
You can find more about the event and how to help on KCRM's website.
