OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - An Overland Park lingerie boutique is hoping women will clean out their lingerie drawers to help victims of domestic violence.

Clair de lune is offering $15 off the purchase of a new bra for every gently used bra brought into the store.

The used bras will be donated to Hope House, a metro organization providing outreach services to domestic abuse victims in the Kansas City area.

There are two locations in Independence, Mo. and Lee's Summit, Mo.  In addition to providing a safe shelter for the women, Hope House also gives them basic necessities like undergarments.

This is the eighth year clair de lune has participated in the Great Bra Exchange.  The store says the cause has grown dramatically since 2005.

Clair de lune is located at 119th and Roe in the Hawthorne Plaza.  The Great Bra Exchange runs from Jan. 5 - 29, 2012.  For more information, visit www.clairdelunekc.com/
