Friday and Saturday, October 18 and 19

Time: 6:00-10:00 p.m. Friday, 9:00-4:00 p.m. Saturday
Cost: FREE (Free samples both days)
Williams Original Chili
2lbs of ground beef
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce and 1 cup water OR 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15oz) red, kidney or pinto beans
1 Package (1oz) Williams Original Chili Seasoning
1. Crumble and brown 2 lbs ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat if desired.
2. Stir in tomato sauce and water or diced tomatoes.
3. Stir in beans.
4. Blend in Chili Seasoning. Salt if desired.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes or longer.
Chili may be topped with sour cream, shredded cheese, onions, hot chilies or guacamole, etc.
Ground pork or turkey may be substituted for the ground beef.
