KANSAS CITY, Mo. - People all over Kansas City stood in line to get their hands on a beer.

Lines started forming at liquor stores early Tuesday morning, as trucks delivered Boulevard's Chocolate Ale.

The chocolate flavored beer sold out in just days last February.

This year, the brewery doubled production, but chocolate ale lovers are still having a hard time finding it.

"We have a call list that I'm sending text messages out as soon as the truck shows up for people that have called. I've already had 12 cases of the 15 cases we're getting spoken for,” said store manager Keith Ranney.

Chocolate Ale sells for from $8 to $12 dollars a bottle.

This year, the recipe has been tweaked so the ale has a little more chocolate flavor.
