Lasagna Recipe
1. 1 lb. Ricotta
2. 3 handfuls of pepper
3. ¼ cup parsley
4. 6 ½ tablespoons of sugar
5. 7 eggs
6. 1 cups 2% milk
7. 3 cups of Romano Cheese
8. 2 boxes of lasagna
9. 2 gallons of sugo (tomato sauce)
Mix the first six ingredients plus one cup of cheese. Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on box. Cool noodles down before starting.
In Lasagna pan put 2 cups of tomato sauce, one layer of noodles, and 2 cups of tomato sauce. Sprinkle Romano Cheese and repeat step two more times. Place in oven on 500 for 1 hour and 15 minutes with foil. Take foil off and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until the lasagna is not runny.
