Oklahoma Joe's BBQ named manliest restaurant in U.S. by Men's Health

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - The manliness at Oklahoma Joe’s spreads beyond barbecue.

In August, Men’s Health Magazine named one of Kansas City's iconic barbecue joints the manliest in the country. This month, they named it the manliest restaurant -- period -- in the U.S.

Oklahoma Joe’s competed against eight other category winners, including a pizza parlor, a steakhouse, a taco stand and others.

Oklahoma Joe’s rose above the rest and was named the manliest restaurant in America.

All nine restaurants were featured Wednesday night on the Travel Channel special Food Paradise: Manliest Restaurants 2.
