Imagine your dishwasher running, then taking a hot shower and still having plenty of hot water to spare.  If hot water is a premium in your house, a tankless water heater may be the right option for you.

Tankless heaters use  two heat sources: exhaust and burner. That means you're only heating the water that you use. When you turn your hot water faucet off,  the  flow sensor stops spinning and the burner shuts off.

Tankless water heaters must be vented out your home and you must have the proper size gas line. If it's right for you, you will save a bunch of money and enjoy that long ,hot shower or bath you've been dreaming of!

See you next week!
