With high efficiency furnaces and all of us doing a better job of buttoning up our homes for energy savings, the quality of the air we breathe inside our homes has gone way down. From sewer gases to chemicals in furniture, carpet and even food odors - the air we breathe inside is actually up to 10 times worse than the quality of air our outside our homes.
There's new technology that keeps fresh air flowing inside your house 24 hours a day and exhausts bad air. It can even cut down on problems from allergies, sore throat and just unpleasant odors.
In addition to adding a system like this, don't forget to add some indoor plants. Indoor plants also help clean the air in your home. We've put up a list on the website of recommended plants that will also help keep you breathing easier all winter.
Have a great week!
