KANSAS CITY - A recent study showed that changing one lavatory faucet to a lower volume faucet can save a homeowner 8,000 gallons of water a year, which is equal to $50 to $51 per year. That equals about 18 to 24 months payoff for one faucet.
Experts say no matter what features you consider, make sure you buy all-brass construction faucets. They're going to be more durable, they're going to last longer and they're going to provide them with lifetime warranties.
And, it's a good idea to stick with name brands. If you ever have a problem down the line, parts are a lot easier to get. Have a great week!
