KANSAS CITY, Mo. - If you happened to pass through the Country Club Plaza early Wednesday morning, you may have thought you skipped ahead a few days without even knowing it.
Officials held a test run for the 83rd annual Plaza Lighting Ceremony.

More than 250,000 lights will be illuminated Thursday night in the annual Kansas City tradition.
This year’s ceremony begins at 6 p.m. and can be seen on your 41 Action News channel. It will also be streamed live on KSHB.com.
The main stage has moved this year from in front of the Cheesecake Factory to in front of Brio, at Pennsylvania and Nichols roads.
