KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Chamber of Commerce CEO, Jim Heeter, is making lifestyle changes to get healthy.
He’s competing with Kansas City Mayor, Sly James to see who can lose the most weight by adopting healthy lifestyle changes.
The competition is to launch a slim-down program for all of Kansas City called “The Not So Big KC Challenge.”
I worked out with Heeter this week.
I plan to workout with Mayor James next week.
