KANSAS CITY, Mo - Chain of Hope found Clarence roaming as a stray. He was covered in grease and was filthy.
Chain of Hope volunteers say he had clearly never been inside before because the first couple of days he cried at the door to get out.
Clarence is potty trained, very affectionate and prefers to just lay beside people or lay on a blanket.
He is neutered and vaccinated.
Clarence is also crate trained and does well with other dogs.
If you would like to adopt him, you can fill out an adoption application at www.chainofjopekc.org
