KANSAS CITY, Mo - Chain of Hope recently rescued Benny, an adorable black and white puppy that's about 8 months old.
He's currently living in a foster home and is seeking a forever home.
Benny was living a horrible life on a chain when Chain of Hope volunteers found him. He had mange and Chain of Hope volunteers say he was absolutely miserable.
The family could not afford to have him treated, so Chain of Hope took him in.
