KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A new exhibit at Union Station invites people to find their inner rock star.
On Saturday, people got a sneak peek at the Science of Rock 'n' Roll, an interactive exhibit that shows the evolution of technology from the phonograph to MP3 players.
It also includes various pieces of memorabilia from the last few decades.
Part of the exhibit is interactive and allows people to play the guitar and sing.
"Everyone at some point wants to be a rock star," production director Lance Brass said. "We want to give people the chance by recording and uploading to social media, and that allows them to be a rock star to their friends"
The Science of Rock 'n' Roll opens Wednesday.
Admission is $15. The exhibit will be on display through May.
