KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Titanic:The Artifact Exhibition hits 75,000 visitors as Union Station gears up for Maker Faire weekend.
So far 75,000 guest have now seen the exhibit since it opened on March 3.
Just after noon on June 22, the 75,000 guest and his wife- Bob and Kelly Mummey of Kansas City bought tickets for the exhibition.
The Mummey's decided at the last minute to see Titanic today as part of their own station in Kansas City.
They are spending their week of vacation enjoying many of Kansas city's attractions.
The Titanic exhibition features more than 250 artifacts from Titanic, along with compelling stories of the passengers on board.
Since the opening weekend, attendance has averaged around 4,000 people a week.
To celebrate hitting the 75,000 mark Union Station is offering Titanic tickets for $15.00 this weekend, discounted from the regular price of $19.12 for adults and $16.12 for children.
