BMW developing laser headlights

German automaker BMW says it is developing headlights that will use laser technology.

But you won't be able to use them to zap the slow drivers on the road in front of you during your morning commute.

According to Forbes, the new laser headlines will produce a light a thousand times brighter than the newest LED lights but cut the power consumption in half.

BMW engineers say is the next major development in headlight technology and poses no harm to humans or animals.
