Coventry Health Care of Kansas Inc. to move 300 office workers from Kansas City to Overland Park

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A health care benefits provider is moving 300 workers from its Kansas City office across the state line to Overland Park, Kan.
Coventry Health Care of Kansas Inc. told 41 Action News it will move into a roughly 70,000 square foot office space in Corporate Woods’ Building 40.
Coventry provides health benefit products and services to individuals in Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
The company's local employees had been housed in office space at 8320 Ward Parkway.
The move to Corporate Woods, 9401 Indian Creek Parkway, is expected to take place in mid-April, a company spokeswoman said. Coventry also has local offices in Wichita, Kan., according to the company’s website.
Coventry Health Care of Kansas is a subsidiary of Coventry Health Care Inc., based in Bethesda, Md.
