ARLINGTON, Va. - Shopping online is second nature for most of us these days.
So is reading product reviews.
The Better Business Bureau is sending out a warningthat you shouldn't trust all online reviews.
The Bureau says business are hiring writers to flood their sites with positive reviews and hitting competitors with negative reviews.
""It's bad business to do that because it's dishonest, it's a disservice to consumers and it's also deceptive," says Howard Schwartz from the Better Business Bureau
The Better Business Bureau says the best way to get a feeling for a product is to read a variety of reviews from different sources.
