Hyundai is recalling nearly 30,000 cars for a problem with the brakes. The recall covers Genesis luxury cars from 2009 through 2012 model years.
The automaker says gel can build up on valves in the braking system, which can cause the brakes to fail.
Dealers will pick up the cars and give customers loaner vehicles.
The recall comes after an announcement Tuesday morning that federal regulators were investigating complaints over brake problems.
