Kansas City, Kan. to hire more police officers

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - The Kansas City, Kan. Police Department is looking to hire new officers.
The department will host two recruitment events over the next month. The first is January 10 and the second in February 2. Both events run from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at police headquarters at 700 Minnesota Avenue.
