KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Doctors removed a 4-year-old boy from life support on Wednesday. He was shot over the weekend in a drive-by shooting.

The boy was one of two people injured in the shooting, which happened Saturday evening near 24th Street and Denver Avenue.

Police told 41 Action News Aydan Perea's family has agreed to donate his organs.

Investigators believe the shooting was gang-related. The vehicle thought to have been used in the shooting was located over the weekend, but no arrests have been made.
