GOLDEN CITY, Mo. (AP) - The Barton County Sheriff's Office says a 12-year-old southwest Missouri girl is missing.
The department has issued an endangered person advisory for Adrianna Horton of Golden City.
The sheriff says Adrianna was seen getting into a vehicle in Golden City around 5 p.m. Monday. The vehicle was stopped about 6:30 p.m. and suspect Bobby Bourne was taken into custody but the girl was not with him.
The FBI and Missouri State Highway Patrol are helping with the search.
Horton is described as 4-feet-5-inches tall and weighing 70 pounds. She has short brown hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion.
On Tuesday evening, authorities announced charges against Bourne regarding the missing 12-year-old.
