OLATHE, Kansas - Johnson County prosecutors filed charges Thursday against three men in a fatal stabbing in a moving vehicle on Interstate 35.

It all started around 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, when a white vehicle with Texas license plates slammed into the left jersey barrier in the southbound lanes of I-35 near Old 56 Hwy.
A Kansas State trooper pulled up behind the wrecked vehicle and witnessed two people get out of the car.
One of them, identified Wednesday as 29-year-old Texas resident Ziahdrick D. Williams, was suffering from obvious stab wounds. He was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
The other person who got out of the car, and two others were apprehended at the scene.
Christopher K. Blacklock, 32, of Hockley, Texas was charged with first-degree murder. Blacklock made his first appearance in court Thursday. A judge set his bond for $2 million dollars.
The district attorney's office says the judge most likely took into consideration Blacklock's rape conviction in Texas.
It’s not known why he or Williams was in Olathe.
The two other men arrested at the scene have been identified as Eric B. Blake-Eakin and Leshun P. Curtis. Both have been charged in Johnson County District Court with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
Blake-Eakin and Curtis are each being held on $100,000 bond and both will be arraigned on Friday.
In the past, Blacklock has been charged with evading arrest and failure to register as a sex offender. Blake-Eakin’s criminal history includes charges of assault, burglary and aggravated robbery in Texas and Curtis’ criminal history includes charges of assault, forgery, theft, aggravated assault and possession of marijuana.
