KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The driver of a stolen car crashed into a guardrail over Interstate 70 early Wednesday, leaving the rail hanging over the roadway.

One lane of Interstate 70 was closed at the Cleveland Avenue overpass for several hours while crews worked to clear the scene.
