KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police are working to figure out who stole an electrical panel worth $20,000 from a Kansas City Parks and Rec building at Swope Park.
Surveillance video showed someone stealing the panel, full of valuable copper, off the building, according to police.
Park officials said this has happened before and they feel they are under attack.
Anyone with information about the copper thief should contact Kansas City Police.
