KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A gunman pointed his weapon at a child in a shopping cart during a Monday night robbery at a Home Depot.
Police said two men walked into the store about 9 p.m. at 4707 E. Bannister Road.
One of the gunmen demanded money from the cash registers while his partner held employees and customers at bay.
That gunman also threw an employee to the floor and pointed his gun at the child, police said.
The men took a cash register drawer and ran out.
No injuries were reported.
One robber was described as about 20 years old, 5 feet 10 inches and weighed about 180 pounds.
He wore black clothing.
His partner also wore black clothes and a red bandana over his face, according to police.
