KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police closed an off-ramp from Interstate 35 in Kansas City Tuesday night to investigate the death of a man found lying on the roadway.

Authorities said the man was killed at the intersection on the off-ramp from southbound I-35 to 20th Street.

Officers are looking for a two-door foreign car with a right rear taillight that's out. The vehicle was last seen southbound on Jefferson Street, possibly heading toward I-35.

If you know anything about what happened, you are urged to call the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-TIPS.
