KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The victim of a Kansas City homicide has been identified.
Police say Robert Batchlor, 33, was found at 24th and Hardesty in Kansas City, Mo.
According to the KCMO Police Department, the landlord of the property went to check on him and notified officials when he didn't respond.
Officials pronounced Batchlor dead at the scene. He turned 33 on Monday.
