KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City, Mo., police arrested a man after a high-speed chase. Police said the man was involved in an aggravated assault.
Authorities chased the car through the old northeast. The driver stopped in the 5200 block of St. John, where police surrounded the vehicle and arrested the driver.
