LENEXA, Kan. - Lenexa Police say a woman found dead behind a grocery store died of a heart attack.
The woman was found behind an Aldi grocery store in the 15500 block of West 87th Street around 8 a.m.
A passerby found the body near a vehicle in the parking lot. Police said she had identification on her, but they have not been able to verify her identity.
