LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. - A man has been charged with 60 counts of first-degree statutory rape and 60 counts of first-degree statutory sodomy in Livingston County, Mo.
Daniel Myers is alleged to have committed the acts from 2003 to 2007. The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to second-degree statutory rape in March 2010 and was sentenced to four years in prison.
He is currently in the Farmington Correctional Center.
