Blue Springs man accused of molesting a female student arraigned

SALINE COUNTY, Mo. - A former physical therapist with ties to Blue Springs and Marshall pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of molesting a handicapped female student with whom he worked.

Paul Chang was arraigned in Saline County, Mo., on six felony charges which include sexual abuse and sexual contact with a student by a teacher.

Chang was a therapist at Prairie View State School in Marshall. He was also an instructor at Blue Springs Aikido School before his arrest in May.

His trial was set for late November.
