PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan. - A man ran from authorities into a Johnson County park Tuesday morning, but officers caught up with him and took him away in handcuffs.
41 Action News Investigator Ryan Kath was at Windsor Park during the arrest, and shot video of the man’s walk back to a Prairie Village police car.
Officers say they were serving a warrant in the area when he ran into the park, at the corner of Windsor and Canterbury streets.
It wasn’t immediately clear what the officers were serving a warrant for or if the man who ran away was the subject of the warrant.
