According to court documents, Gann and three other people went to the apartment building with the intention of making a drug deal. After Gann and another man entered, guns were drawn and both Gann and Golden were shot. Both men were transported to a local hospital, where Gann was pronounced dead and Golden was treated for a gun shot wound to his abdomen.
Golden was said to be in police custody Saturday afternoon, but had not yet been formally booked. Thus, his photograph was not yet available.
Bond has been set at $750,000.
