KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A man was found shot to death late Monday in the driver’s seat of a vehicle in Kansas City, Mo., police said.
Officers were called out on a shooting in the 5600 block of Norton just before midnight.
When they arrived, they found the front door hanging open and the victim inside a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police spokesman Darrin Snapp says officers have spoken with several witnesses, but they were working on getting a solid suspect description before releasing any additional information.
“We want to make sure we have the right information before we put anything out right now,” Snapp said.
The shooting came just a few hours after a separate Kansas City shooting (http://bit.ly/19xUokd) left another person dead and at least three others injured.
If you know anything about what happened in either incident, you are urged to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
