KANSAS CITY, Kan. - A man is in critical condition after an early morning shooting Friday.
Police in Kansas City, Kan., said they were called to the 4300 block of Waverly at 2:30 a.m. Friday for a report of shots fired. After investigating, they found there was a disturbance inside the home that lead to the gunfire.
A victim was taken to a local hospital by private vehicle with critical injuries.
The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department's Major Case Unit is investigating the shooting. Anyone with information should contact Kansas City, Kansas Police at 913-573-6020 or the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
