KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A 19-year-old man is in serious condition after being shot in Kansas City, Mo., early Tuesday evening.
The shooting occurred at 69th and Paseo around 5:30 p.m. The victim was shot three times in the abdomen and finger and found lying wounded in the street.
A suspect reportedly fled the scene in a Mazda.
