KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A man was killed inside a barber shop near 31st and Troost in the fourth homicide in Kansas City in less than 24 hours.
Police say a customer walked into New Creations Barber Shop and found 40-year-old Darrell Williams shot to death around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Williams owned the shop for 12 years and had three sons -- ages 15, 8 and 5 -- according to his father, Napolean Williams.
