KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Kansas City mother wants to share the story of her son’s murder in hopes that someone will come forward with information to find his killer.
“All I want is even the shooter – the one that did it – please do the right thing and turn yourself in,” said Tiffany Oliver.
Oliver’s 20-year-old son, Marvel Johnson, was shot and killed last Saturday night in the 1300 block of E. 81st Street after.
The suspect came up to Johnson asking for a light, and after he said he didn’t have one, the suspect shot the victim.
“Marvel asked him a second time and he just pulled a pistol out and he shot the gun in the air and then he started running and he was just shooting,” Oliver said.
Police have not made any arrests in the case.
